REFUNDS / EXCHANGES

As all of our pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final.

We recommend that you confirm appropriate sizing for rings prior to placing your online order. There are no returns and exchanges for the rings once the order is placed. However, we really want you to be happy, and we will do our best so that you can love and wear your jewelry as desired.

If you would like to change the size of your ring, please note there will a be a resizing fee, this will depend on the design of the ring, You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and for us to ship it back to you.  Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we are not able to guarantee your shipment.

Gift cards and sale items are not returnable. 

We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

 

WARRANTY

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. You must report the fault including a photo within 7 days of physically receiving the goods to info@matialiabaroni.com

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 

All MATIA LIA BARONI jewelry is made to last, if you have an issue with your jewelry at any time feel free to get in touch, we will always try to help.

 

RING SIZE

When placing your order, please ensure that you provide us with the correct ring size. This is fundamental as resizing is not possible in many of our designs as elements such as enamel, gemstones, and gold vermeil may be damaged during resizing. In this case, a new production of the order is required. Resizing is only possible in specific designs.

If you live in the USA we can send you a free ring sizer before making the ring.

Please contact us if your ring size doesn’t feel right.

 

VARIATIONS

Keep in mind that slight variations in shape and color may occur because of the handcrafted nature of our products. No two pieces of the same design will look exactly alike.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on MATIA LIA BARONI website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
